ITT Licensing Fees & Services

International Technology Transfer, Inc. (ITT) offers a combination of fee and contingency-based services that vary according to the type of work we are contracted to perform.

Our licensing consultants are available at a rate of $375 hourly for general services.. Additionally, ITT typically is entitled to 10%-35% of the inventor’s royalties for each licensing agreement it successfully negotiates.

Note: These hourly fees do not apply to inventors who have contracted New Product Help.com for the New Product Publicity and Marketing Program phase of their services. New Product Help.com inventor clients receive access to ITT’s full range of services throughout the term of their New Product Publicity and Marketing Program at no additional cost.

New Product Help.com inventor clients should refer to their New Product Publicity and Marketing Agreement for the exact royalty percentage that ITT is entitled to if ITT successfully negotiates a licensing agreement on the inventor’s behalf.

Typically, royalty rates for a licensing agreement can fall in the range of anywhere between 4% and 10% of the net selling price, but actual percentages can vary greatly depending on a number of factors.
